Wave 2025 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions detail the “Wave 2025” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person travelling in company, plus a free “Bar Tab,” in varying amounts depending on the length of voyage.

Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller

During November 2024 through January 2025: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off.” Under the “Wave 2025 Offer,” through 30 January 2025, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 40% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors travelling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare.

Eligible Bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin for an eligible voyage date between 12:01 a.m GMT on 13 November 2024 through 11:59 p.m. GMT on 30 January 2025 for an Eligible Voyage. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

Promotional Bar Tab

Any voyage lasting nine (9) nights or more will receive $300 USD in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any voyage lasting between six (6) through eight (8) nights will receive a $200 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting four (4) through five (5) nights will receive a $100 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin.

Eligible Bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. GMT on 13 November 2024 through 11:59:59 p.m. GMT on 30 January 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

Eligible Cabins: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Bar Tab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories.

Charter voyages are excluded from the “Wave 2025” Offer.
