Ben's Pick - The Test Kitchen

The Test Kitchen is an experimental laboratory-like eatery that aims to deliver an educational, experimental , and social experience. 

Ben tells us...

"The Test Kitchen is unlike any other place I've eaten before. The menu consists of six courses - and what is especially unique is that only the main ingredient for each course is listed on the menu - each dish was a total surprise when it arrived and we were not disappointed, the quality of food was insane. 

A really nice touch is that at The Test Kitchen, Virgin Voyages offer a drink pairing experience. You can select from wine, beer and cocktail menus (which includes non-alcoholic options) that pair perfectly with each dish. 

This was hands down my favourite restaurant we visited whilst on board Valiant Lady. The chefs wear lab coats and provide so much information on the ingredients used within the dishes upon serving. We all felt fully-immersed in this dining experience and I can't wait to get back on board to experience it all over again."
